Treatment of the POWs
The treatment of POWs in Korea were very harsh and cruel. One of the major factors that caused the deaths of many of the POWs was disease. There were also many other things that would happen while being in the camps. Some examples are as follows:
- Bad Nutrition
- There were no medical supplies
- Swelling of limbs
- A sickness that made feet burn
- Coughing blood
